Any in-person sales of materials or products are final. Returns or refunds are not typically offered.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services until paid.

3. Scheduling & Changes

Service dates and times are scheduled in advance. Changes or cancellations must be communicated promptly.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, safety concerns, or equipment availability.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution, James Ruper Landscaping is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or improper use of the property.

Customers are responsible for marking underground utilities and notifying us of any hazards before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Governing Law
